Specifications

Materials The skeleton of the boat is precision-cut from high-quality plywood. The hull is meticulously built by placing the first layer of planks one by one over the skeleton, then beautifully finished with premium teak wood and copper-colored protective sheeting underneath. Detailed fittings include solid brass deck accents, a zinc anchor, and custom fine wooden blocks. The sails and rigging are crafted from cotton and nylon, then finished with premium beeswax for maximum durability.

Maritime History

Launched in Scotland in 1869, the Cutty Sark was one of the fastest and last composite-built tea clippers before steamships took over the oceans.
