Materials The skeleton of the boat is precision-cut from high-quality plywood. The hull is meticulously built by placing the first layer of planks one by one over the skeleton, then beautifully finished with premium teak wood and treated with specialized marine varnish and historically accurate paint accents. Detailed fittings include a custom-carved crimson lion figurehead, solid brass deck cannons, a zinc anchor, and custom fine wooden blocks. The pristine sails and complex rigging are crafted from cotton and nylon, then finished with premium beeswax for maximum durability.
