Materials The massive skeleton of the ship is precision-cut from premium plywood. The hull is meticulously constructed using individual hardwood planks placed one by one over the frame, then beautifully finished with teak accents and treated with specialized marine lacquers highlighting her historic dark blue, deep black, and rich gold-painted relief carvings. Detailed fittings include solid brass deck cannons, cast-metal anchors, and custom fine wooden blocks. The pristine sails and massive rigging network are crafted from cotton and nylon, then finished with premium beeswax for maximum durability.
