Construction of the boat :
- We place a double layer of planks on the hull (Teak wood) and fixed with copper nails.
- Deck is curved and small planks (Oak wood) are fixed with copper nails.
- Masts and all pieces on the deck are made with Teak, Acajou and Rose wood.
- Sculptures made of Teak wood.
- Anchors are molded in Zinc metal and painted.
- The Cannons, antenna and other pieces are made in Solid Brass.
- The Cotton sails are tinted in the tea.
- Ropes are cotton and nylon waxed in the bee wax to do the rigging.
