At Bobatoshipmodels, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and reliable delivery service. Please read the following delivery policy to understand how we handle shipments:

1. Shipping Options:

  • We offer standard shipping through Mauritius Post for home delivery within Mauritius and our Maritime agent for deliveries from Mauritius to your country.
  • Alternatively, you can opt for expedited delivery services provided by DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the final packing weight of the product and your country's location.
  • Our calculations adhere to flight and maritime guidance.

3. Delivery for Tailor-Made Models:

  • For Tailor-Made or "Request a Quote" items, shipping costs will be determined based on your location and the product's packing dimensions.
  • You have the freedom to select your preferred delivery agent, such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
  • Once your Tailor-Made Ship is completed, the product will be stored for 48 hours while awaiting final payment.
  • If the product remains in our store after 72 hours, additional storage fees may be applied to the invoice without prior notice.

4. Ownership and Refund Policy:

  • Once the product is dispatched and shipped, it is no longer under the control of the Seller.
  • No refunds shall be claimed after dispatch.
  • Delivery times are determined by the chosen delivery method, either by flight or maritime, and the seller has no control over the delivery process.
  • Buyers can contact our support team or track the shipment on our website using the Order Tracking ID provided.

5. Estimated Shipping Time:

  • While we do not provide specific shipping timeframes, our standard shipping typically takes between 30 to 45 days.
  • We kindly request your patience during this period.
  • Track your order using the provided tracking ID.

6. Shipping Policy

6.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be made by the Buyer collecting the Goods at the Seller’s premises at any time after the Seller has notified the Buyer that the Goods are ready for collection or, if some other place for delivery is agreed by the Seller.


6.2 Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Seller in writing. The Goods may be delivered by the Seller in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer. The Seller shall be entitled to make part delivery of the Goods at any time.


6.3 Where the Goods are delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the Seller to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by the Buyer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Buyer to treat the Contract as a whole as repudiated.

6.4 If the Seller fails to deliver the Goods for any reason, other than any cause beyond the Seller’s reasonable control or the Buyer’s fault, and the Seller is accordingly liable to the Buyer, the Seller’s liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the Buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the Goods.


6.5 If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Buyer’s reasonable control or by reason of the Seller’s fault) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller may:


6.5.1 store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or

6.5.2 sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.


The seller shall not be liable for the unavailability of the product which has not been delivered at per 6.5 above.


Loss incurred by the seller due to any delay in return upon buyers’ request of article for any circumstances beyond the control of the seller shall not be entertained.


Any negligence on part of the buyer in handling articles sold excludes the seller liability.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to our delivery policy without prior notice, as required.
  • In the event of any discrepancies or disputes, the jurisdiction will be governed by the laws of Mauritius.
