Chebec or Arabian Chebec ship model of an 18th century.
We have 2 sizes of Chebec :
- Dimension: Length 67 x Width 13 x Height 55cm - Grade B / Quality Superior
- Dimension: Length 95 x Width 20 x Height 70cm - Grade B / Quality Superior
Construction of the boat :
- We place a double layer of plank on the hull Teak wood.
- Decks made with small planks of Teak and Acajou wood.
- Wooden pieces found on the deck, lifeboats and the masts are made with different types of woods Acajou wood, Rose wood, Teak wood and Beech wood.
- Sculptures are made Teak wood.
- Anchors are molded in Zinc metal and painted.
- Cannons turned into Solid Brass.
- The Cotton sails tinted in tea.
- Ropes are cotton and nylon waxed in the bee wax to do the rigging.
