Construction of the boat :
- We place a double layer of plank (Teak wood) and fixed with copper nails.
- Decks are curved and the small planks (Oak wood) are fixed with copper nails.
- Masts and other pieces on the deck are made Teak, Acajou, Rosewood, and Beech wood.
- Sculptures are made Sapele wood.
- Anchors are molded in Zinc metal and painted.
- Cannons and the base are turning in Solid Brass.
- Cotton sails are tinted in the tea.
- Ropes are cotton and nylon waxed in the bee wax to do the rigging.
