• Partial shipments are permitted; each constitutes a separate contract. Failure to deliver any installment does not void the entire contract.
• If delivery fails due to reasons beyond the Seller’s fault, Bobatoshipmodels’ liability is limited to the cost difference to the Buyer for similar replacement goods.
• If the Buyer fails to accept delivery or provide instructions, Bobatoshipmodels may store the goods at the Buyer’s expense or sell them, charging storage costs or deducting any shortfall from the sales proceeds.
• The Seller is not liable for loss of goods after dispatch or any failure in return shipments due to Buyer's negligence.

• Bobatoshipmodels reserves the right to refuse or limit orders based on quantity, account, or shipping information.
• If an order is canceled or modified, the Store may attempt to notify you via email or phone.
