01. Return Window and Eligibility

• 30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition Requirements: To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received (unworn/unused)
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

02. How to Initiate a Return

• Contact Email: Send a return request to info@bobatoshipmodels.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Provide a reasonable explanation, use image as proof will be required if necessary.
• Return Cost is liable and handle by the customer.

03. Inspection & Damaged/Wrong Items

• Upon Receipt: Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify Bobatoshipmodels right away so they can evaluate and resolve the issue (e.g., replacement or refund).

4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

• Perishable Goods: (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom/Personalized Items: Tailor-made models or special orders
• Personal Care Items: (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous Materials: (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
• Sale Items and Gift Cards

5. Exchanges

How to Exchange: Instead of a direct swap, return the original item (following the 30-day process), then place a new order for the replacement item once your refund is processed.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Right

EU Purchases Only: If your order is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return it for any reason within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Same Condition Rules: The item must still be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Exclusions: This 14-day right does not apply to Tailor-Made Model (Request a Quote) orders.
